mocha overnight chia oats

currently on repeat. this is the perfect breakfast for all my chocolate + coffee lovers!

makes one serving

what you need

  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp large flake oats
  • 1 tsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/4 strong coffee or shot of espresso
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

what you do

  • mix all ingredients into your favorite glass + chill overnight
  • top with coconut whip or coconut yogurt, chopped dark chocolate + cinnamon
  • enjoy!
