the only thing more delicious would be eating these on a beach! easy to make, healthy + full of fibre. top with your favorites + make it your own little bite of paradise.

MAKES : 2 servings

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 papaya
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • handful each raspberry + blackberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • drizzle honey
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

WHAT YOU DO

  • slice papaya in half lengthwise + scoop out seeds
  • spoon yogurt into the papaya
  • top with remaining ingredients
  • enjoy! xx
