Spicy Sesame Noodles

peaches + cream overnight chia oats

what you need

  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp large flake oats
  • 3/4 cup light or regular canned coconut milk
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of fresh ground cardamom seeds
  • 3-4 slices fresh or canned peaches, cubed
  • garnish : 2 peach slices, coconut whip + biscoff cookie crumbs

what you do

  • mix all ingredients except garnishes into your favorite glass + chill overnight
  • top with coconut whip, cookie crumbs + peach slices. optional – but really, you should.
  • enjoy!
