what you need
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp large flake oats
- 3/4 cup light or regular canned coconut milk
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of fresh ground cardamom seeds
- 3-4 slices fresh or canned peaches, cubed
- garnish : 2 peach slices, coconut whip + biscoff cookie crumbs
what you do
- mix all ingredients except garnishes into your favorite glass + chill overnight
- top with coconut whip, cookie crumbs + peach slices. optional – but really, you should.
