these scrumptious little bites are easy to make, high in protein, healthy and most importantly … delicious!
sub in your favorite nut butter, nut milk + berries!
what you need
- 1 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 cup cashew milk (or any other nut milk)
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (or any other nut butter)
- 8-10 strawberries
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 scoops collagen or protein powder (optional)
- melted dark chocolate for dipping or drizzle (optional)
- freeze dried strawberries for garnish (optional)
what you do
- add all ingredients (except chocolate) to a high speed blender, mix until smooth.
- divide mixture into your favorite ice cube molds, freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
- melt chocolate. remove frozen yogurt bites from mold.
- carefully dip into melted chocolate, then lay onto parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with crushed freeze dried strawberries, as the chocolate will harden up quickly!
- cut into bite sized pieces + enjoy!
- keep bites in freezer for up to 3 weeks.
